Story

In the mid-1970s, in a working-class Riyadh neighborhood known as Al-Asha, sisters Aziza and Awatef live out their dreams and ambitions in a conservative society governed by tradition, bound by a lifelong friendship with the two daughters of their neighbor Wadha. The series is inspired by the novel “Gharamiyat Share' Al-Asha” by Badriah Albeshr, and captures the changes in Saudi society in that era.
