Story
Five years after the events of the first part, psychiatrist Yehia lives a stable life with his wife Lubna, until he is called to the dangerous-cases ward at Abbasiya Hospital to meet a mysterious female patient who toys with his life and his family's. To solve the riddle, Yehia returns to the “Blue Elephant” pills. The film is based on the world of Ahmed Mourad's novel.
